Welcome to Unwind, a product of ParagBafna Apps. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our Unwind application and services. By accessing or using Unwind, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use our application.
Subject to these Terms, ParagBafna Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the Unwind application for your personal, non-commercial purposes on macOS devices that you own or control.

Unwind is designed to remind users to take regular breaks from computer usage. While regular breaks may help reduce the risk of repetitive strain injuries, eye strain, and other computer-related health issues, Unwind is not a medical device or healthcare product.
The information provided by Unwind, including break schedules and health tips, is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional for specific health concerns related to computer usage.
Unwind allows you to create and use custom break themes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You retain ownership of any original content you create. By creating and using custom themes, you grant ParagBafna Apps a non-exclusive license to store and display this content within the Unwind application.
You agree that you will not create or use break themes that:
ParagBafna Apps reserves the right to remove any user-created content that violates these Terms.
Unwind allows you to integrate with AppleScript and Automator workflows. You are solely responsible for any custom scripts or workflows you create or use with Unwind. ParagBafna Apps is not responsible for any issues, data loss, or damages that may result from your use of custom scripts or automation.
Unwind includes features that track computer usage and break habits. All tracking data is stored locally on your device. By using Unwind, you acknowledge and consent to this local data collection as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can disable activity tracking features or clear collected data at any time through the application settings.
The Unwind application, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by ParagBafna Apps and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding Unwind is entirely voluntary, and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions without any obligation to you.
Unwind may integrate with or contain links to third-party services or websites. These third-party services are not under the control of ParagBafna Apps, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. You acknowledge and agree that ParagBafna Apps shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party services.
ParagBafna Apps may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of Unwind, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications. Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the application. You agree that ParagBafna Apps has no obligation to provide any updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of the application.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice as appropriate under the circumstances, such as by displaying a prominent notice within the application or by sending you an email. Your continued use of Unwind after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
THE UNWIND APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PARAGBAFNA APPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
PARAGBAFNA APPS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APPLICATION IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PARAGBAFNA APPS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APPLICATION; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APPLICATION; (iii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APPLICATION; AND (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ParagBafna Apps and its licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses, resulting from or arising out of your use and access of Unwind, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Unwind immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the application and uninstall it from your devices.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
